Registration. The purchase of certain products and services from Essential Render  may require registration for a user account (“User Account”). Should you choose to register, you agree to provide true, complete and accurate registration information (“Registration Information”). You are responsible for updating and maintaining the accuracy of Registration Information. If you provide any Registration Information that is untrue or inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or if Essential Render  suspects that your Registration Information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, then Essential Render may, in its sole discretion, suspend, terminate, or refuse future access to Essential Render. Registration Information will be subject to the Essential Render Privacy Policy (which is incorporated by reference herein). You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy and security of any personal or User Account Information. You are responsible and liable for any conduct on Essential Render  under your User Account. Essential Render  is not responsible for any unauthorized use of your User Account. If you believe there has been unauthorized use of your User Account, you must notify Essential Render  immediately. Only the authorized license user is permitted to use the password protected account within Essential Render. If anyone loans or discloses their Username and Password or otherwise knowingly or unknowingly allows unauthorized access into the fee-based products, the original site license holder shall be responsible for and will be billed for any and all purchases an unauthorized user makes on Essential Render.

 

 

It is your responsibility to update Essential Render  with all and any changes to your personal information, including but not limited to: your personal and professional contact information, your website address subscribed, and your payment information. If your payment fails for any reason, your marketing can stay online for up to 30 days and we will contact you to collect payment information. All cancellations must be requested at least one (1) business day before the weekly anniversary date by calling 1 888 312 6616 Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MT. If the cancellation is not given within that period, Essential Render can not prevent an automatic charge on the account.

The Essential Render Family and all of its contents including, but not limited to: all information, text, messages, images, photos, illustrations, designs, icons, video clips, sounds, files, trademarks, copyrighted material, trade dress, software, specifications, catalogs, literature, technical information, advertisements and other content or materials on the Essential Render Family (collectively, «content») is owned by Essential Render and/or third parties with all rights reserved unless otherwise noted. Essential Render grants you a limited license to access and use the Essential Render Family and content solely for informational, personal and non-commercial purposes (including printing individual pages from the Essential Render Family provided that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained thereon). You are strictly prohibited from downloading (other than page caching) modifying, or making any other use of the Essential Render Family or content, except with express written consent of Essential Render. You understand that all third party content posted on, transmitted through, or linked from the Essential Render Family, is the sole responsibility of the third party originator of such content. MOVE MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, OR GUARANTEES WITH REGARD TO THE APPROPRIATENESS, ACCURACY, SUFFICIENCY, CORRECTNESS, VERACITY, VALUE, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF THE  ESSENTIAL RENDER  FAMILY, SERVICES AND/OR CONTENT. ESSENTIAL RENDER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

 

INDEMNIFICATION

YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD ESSENTIAL RENDER , ITS THIRD-PARTY VENDORS, CORPORATE AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES, MADE BY ANY THIRD-PARTY DUE TO OR ARISING OUT OF ANY CONTENT, SUBMITTED, POSTED, OR OTHERWISE PROVIDED BY YOU TO THE  ESSENTIAL RENDER  FAMILY AND/OR  ESSENTIAL RENDER AND/OR ITS THIRD PARTY ADVERTISERS AND ANY BREACH BY YOU OR YOUR AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND REPRESENTATIVES OF THESE TERMS OF USE.

 

IN NO EVENT SHALL  ESSENTIAL RENDER  BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION: DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE  ESSENTIAL RENDER  FAMILY, WITH THE DELAY OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE  ESSENTIAL RENDER  FAMILY OR RELATED SERVICES, THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY CONTENT, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES MADE AVAILABLE OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE  ESSENTIAL RENDER  FAMILY, OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE  ESSENTIAL RENDER FAMILY, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF MOVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES. ANY SERVICES OR CONTENT MADE AVAILABLE OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE  ESSENTIAL RENDER  FAMILY, AND ALL OTHER USE OF THE  ESSENTIAL RENDER  FAMILY, IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS THEREFROM. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE MOVE NETWORK, OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE ESSENTIAL RENDER FAMILY.
